TICKET PRICES FOR HIPTIX MEMBERS
NEW! • HIPTIX members pay $20 for all performances at Roundabout Theatre Company.
YOUR HIPTIX ACCOUNT
Your HIPTIX account is registered under your name (as provided on the membership application form) and a personal account number generated by our Ticket Services department upon receipt of your application.
PURCHASING YOUR TIX
Each HIPTIX member may purchase one ticket per production.* For linked accounts, one member may purchase tickets on behalf of the other member(s) of his or her linked group. Roundabout will make every effort to seat your party together but locations are always subject to availability. Phone orders require a major credit card (see PAYMENT OPTIONS below). All HIPTIX tickets will be held at the Box Office and will only be available for pick up on the day of the performance. Please be aware that a valid ID will be required when you pick up your tickets.

LINKING ACCOUNTS
Link up with your friend(s) and see great theatre together! You can link accounts by calling Ticket Services at (212) 719-1300. You will need to have the exact names of all the HIPTIX members with whom you want to link. Once your account is linked, any of your group members may purchase tickets on behalf of your group. This also helps the Box Office seat you together. Linking your account does not obligate you to purchase tickets as a group or with the same person all of the time. But it's a convenient way to set up your membership if you would like the flexibility of having your friend(s) book tickets for you or vice versa. Phone reservations require a major credit card - for linked accounts, this cost can be split among several cards, if necessary. Please note that all credit cards will be charged at the time a reservation is made.
All HIPTIX members will be asked to show a valid ID when picking up reserved tickets.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
PHONE ORDERS: Roundabout Theatre Company accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
PURCHASING AT THE BOX OFFICE: Roundabout box offices accept cash and personal checks (with ID), in addition to the credit cards mentioned above.
AGING OUT
Our HIPTIX database manager will keep track of your age using the birth date you enter when you sign up and by checking your ID at events and parties. Unfortunately, we cannot renew your HIPTIX membership once you reach the age of 36. Periodically, e-mails will be sent to our 36-year-old members offering them other great ways to get discounts to Roundabout shows. If you are approaching the age of 36 and want to find out more about Roundabout discounts, please visit www.roundabouttheatre.org and sign up for Roundabout’s e-mail club.
OTHER INFORMATION
Tickets are subject to availability. 10 tickets for all performances at the Laura Pels Theatre, 20 tickets for all performances at the American Airlines Theatre and 30 tickets for all performances at Studio 54 have been reserved for HIPTIX members only. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. HIPTIX members must present photo ID along with full payment at the Box Office on the day of the performance to pick up ticket(s). Shows, dates and cast are subject to change without notice. Membership does not guarantee tickets. Roundabout reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct or speech may tend to breach the peace.
